# Can I have multiple email addresses receive notifications for my Virtual Office Account?

- Unfortunately, only **one** email address can be registered for login and system‑generated notifications (e.g., new‑mail alerts, action‑request completions).

- We can register extra email addresses for **support‑related requests** (but these will not receive automated event notifications). Just send us the addresses you’d like added.

- If you need others to get new‑mail alerts, set up an auto‑forward rule in your own email client (e.g., Gmail)—for example, forward any incoming message whose subject contains “New Mail” to the desired address.
