How do I collect my mail?
Here's a comprehensive list of everything related to mail collections.
1. Can I just drop by to collect my mail?
No. Mail collections are by appointment only to ensure your items are ready when you arrive. While exceptions may be made, we request that you book all mail appointments to avoid any unnecessary waiting.
2. How do I book a mail collection appointment?
You can use the link that was sent to you when you joined Office Suites Club, or you can click the link here!
3. What if none of the available appointment times work for me?
If the online times don’t suit you:

Email us before 10:15am on a weekday

We’ll arrange to leave your item out for collection until 5:00pm the same day.
4. Is there a way to get my mail without coming in person?
Yes! We offer mail forwarding so you don’t need to travel.
5. How do I request mail forwarding?
- Log in to the Mail Platform
- Go to your Mail folder

- Select the item you want
- Click on the "Action" dropdown menu and choose “Forward”

Settings > Forwarding Addresses and add one before making the request.
6. Can forwarded mail be tracked?
Yes! Tracking is available as an option when you request forwarding.
