What mail forwarding options are available?

We offer three different mail forwarding methods depending on your needs:

1. An Post – Standard Mail

• Cost: €3 handling fee + standard postage.

• Example: A regular envelope within Ireland costs €1.65. A A4 envelope costs €2.95

• Notes: If you have multiple items, our post room will batch them together where possible.

2. An Post – Tracked Mail

• Cost: €16 handling fee + tracked postage.

• Example: A tracked envelope within Ireland typically costs around €10.

• Notes: You will receive an An Post tracking number. This option requires a visit to the post office by our team.

3. DHL Courier

• Cost: Quoted individually.

• Minimum charge: €52.

• Notes: A quotation will be provided before sending.

How do I request mail forwarding?

• For Standard Mail (Option 1) or Tracked Mail (Option 2):
  Log in to the Online Mail Platform and submit a forwarding request.

• For DHL Courier (Option 3):
  Email vosupport@officesuites.ie to request a courier quotation.
