Why can't I see my postal Item?

All postal items appear in your Inbox folder unless a manual or automatic action is taken on an item.

When an action (automatic or manual) is taken on an item, it moves to the Pending folder.

After the requested action is completed, the item returns to the Completed section of your inbox, under the actionwhich was taken.
